BUW Projects Corp is an Ontario-based real estate IP firm founded by Victor Inkindi (Rema). We create high-fidelity architectural concept packages and commercial technology blueprints that give developers, builders, and infrastructure operators a meaningful competitive advantage at the earliest stage of a project.
Our work spans luxury residential development in Downtown Los Angeles, contemporary multi-family housing for the California R-4 market, and thermodynamic wildfire defense technology — packaged as transferable commercial licenses on the Polygon blockchain.
All packages are conceptual designs only. They must be reviewed, modified, and stamped by a licensed Architect of Record and Professional Engineers before any permitting or construction. This is by design — our IP is the schematic foundation, not the permit set.
